Tlachihualtepetl, the Great Pyramid of Cholula, is the world’s largest pyramid by volume and is wider at its base than the Great Pyramid of Giza. It was built in four stages between the 3rd c. BCE and the 9th c. CE. Not much remains, and of course the Spanish conquistadors built a church on top.
